I know its not account related as Thali often logged in with my account to remove a bird from my hands when I logged out with one.. again.. And she never had any trouble.
This has been an issue since... years.

I would like a bird that does not crash me!
For many years now I can not unghost with a bird in my hand. I never figured out why.
Before I let Thali remove it from my hands, now I use the web client to pocket the bird and drop it in my turf.
Its not a big problem, really I have learned to live with it. Its just annoying because I collect them, lol

Since SOME people leave their avies up and idling when they go to bed, the WARNING is pretty meaningless if you aren't there. I may be the only one that does this and likes quiet, but I doubt it.
You must be a heavy sleeper Devra... The system alerts are NOT controlled by the volume settings in the client. Reread Bills reply. He said they MAY add the ability to turn it off if enough mention it to him.

Drag and drop already works in your turf. Click on glued item and hold shift key then drag.One thing I'd like to see besides the double click to walk, is a click-hold-drag feature of items in one's turf. Would make moving items so nice and easy.
