We have been contacted by one of our providers to advise they are doing scheduled work during a 2 hour window on 23rd October. This will not cause any issues to the VZones in world service but you may see a maintenance message when visiting the vzones.com website during the 2 hour window.

The status of this maintenance is:- Scheduled.

Works Description:

Network engineers will be performing maintenance on gw6.rtr.mkdc0.as45014.net at MKDC-0 These works are to perform an EOS upgrade:-

Upgrade to EOS 4.21

- Reason for works: Upgrade EOS image to latest 4.21 train to add additional MPLS features

- Provider: Nuco Technologies Ltd

- Affected : Nuco Technologies Ltd network customers.

- Impact : These works should be transparent to transit and MPLS customers but should be considered at risk. Customers that have BGP sessions at MKDC-0 and p2p VLANs between MKDC-1 and MKDC-0 will see a drop on these sessions during the reload.

- Services Impacted : Nuco Technologies Ltd Milton Keynes MKDC-0 facility network customers

- At Risk Window Start : 23/10/2018 – 20:00 (Site Local Time)

- At Risk Window End : 23/10/2018 – 22:00 (Site Local Time)

- May see intermittency during maintenance.
