The locale with the VIP bodies Lulu body, Noobie body, etc. is missing the vendo. Is it possible we could get that put back, or is there a reason it is missing. The attached file shows what I mean.

For the Lucy Body - go to the Body Changer to the left - Noobie body might be there too; or try to the one to the right
