When could standard members buy VIP heads with ts in NuYu? I'm really looking forward to buying them (especially girl-n heads!)

I'm looking for g-8,15,30,42 (not sure the exact number of them) etc.. Girl heads remind me of old memories in Glasscity (Korean DS) =) Hope I could buy them in NuYu!
