We are looking to change/replace this building and wanting member ideas for what you would like to see this building used for.

I propose Game Zone.

The NH Game Dome is fine, but it's a hella long way from most of the other games IW. Plus, some of us need more than 1 room to host special turf games, like Shut the Box, Duck/Fuzzie races, and so many more creative and uncommon games, so why not turn it into the Game Zone? Like there was in our other world, it could have a lobby of several locales with couches/seating for lots of people with plenty of standing room as well, allowing all of the players to come down and have a seat and talk/be seen/interact during games. We could have locales for certain games like a 7 die locale for Even Bet, a card game locale, etc, and then it could have a turf elevator going to game turfs only. I'd like to see 10 room turfs being allowed for hosting again. We get bored of the same games, and it's hard to get players to go all the way to the Game Dome for a game, even tho there is a teleporter there. Closer proximity to the most populated areas might bring out more players. And it would be fabulous if hosting turfs that currently exist in TST can be imported to the new Game Zones. (Is the Community Center locale is too far away....what if we moved it one locale right of Med Park?)
The only downside of us all playing games in those locales is that the streets look like a ghost town all the time because we're all inside playing......
Just an idea....what do y'all think?

In my ESHO - we do not need another place to host games. We have the street, The Game Dome (which BTW has 3 rooms for each owner) & HG. We also have the Game Zone in NH which was set up for many different games that normally would be hosted in private turfs. I host 2 games a week in the Dome & never really have a problem getting players & have not heard from other hosts that they do. Maybe, just me, but I vote against another Gaming outlet. We just don't have enough games being hosted to warrant one.
How about a shop type outlet, for animal things :) There are lots of things in the database, both from all 3 worlds & the FJ database & move them all there in different colours :) Mind you, I would never own a pink cat... but many love that !

Oh ...come on guys.. we have been asked for some brainstorming ideas by the worlds god and and all I read … ‘we need more of that, what we have already….’ No doubt… I have a fish in a bowl and after several years of getting no food he may require some.. so my virtual dog does… maybe the co op market can handle this with a extra room.. guess there was already a plan to expand this shop in earlier schedules…

I like the idea of experimental games … but if we only need a turf with more rooms to test.. there a several options to do the experiment, tune the game to practical needs and so the ‘hardware needs’ get stable, it is time to asked for a fixed place meeting all the needs.

My first thought was: Well.. They name it community center … but I see only a closed door… I have no idea if there have ever been more than a closed door… but what is the problem of having a community center? We lost already the library as a place with a public meeting room open for all avi classes… we have no rooms available for daily rents… this is a nice way to do a party if you would avoid to turn your privat turf into a desaster… we may have here also a weekend flee market, even workshops might be possible.. or a item exchange party .. etc… the advantage of a center is: We might have a common place for it… open for all and easy to use and reach.

But if you are tired of this old ideas.. how about:

* a public indoor swimming pool / Roman Spa style?

* a barber shop ? (guess about new ‘hair’ hats …)

* a space port ? (aliens arrive and bring in new items to Kymer.. and soon we can beam up too )

* the entrance to a stalactite cave ?

* a kindergarten… just to park all littles <veg>

* a mad house.. with funny traps, distorting mirrors, etc…

* a pop up store for new custom Art items / Artists.. every 4 weeks a new Show...

* a cinema to buy popcorn and take two seats in the dark... but maybe no fun without a film ;)

* a meeting room for ‘makers’ , nerds , geeks.. so some strange maschines, tools, computers, pizza, coke, beer…

there are so many possibilities….

And Andy not set up any limitations… ;)

But I guess the plan is already in the master’s drawer... and I need no crystal ball .. we will get a new shop …

A boring world is made of boring ppl... so fire up your imagination

People already use Game Dome or the streets, just poof this locale if no good ideas, was hardly ever used anyways when it was in old DS

A cave with a couple of rooms were we all can sit around the fire and tell ghost stories would be fun. Or perhaps a casino with real working machines and real prizes.
