Not able to sign in

My computer did an update to the operating system and now I am not able to sign in. I'm getting an error that the server doesn't support this version of vzones but I didn't change the software. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and am still getting the same message. What else should I try?

I am not staff, but I know from experience you might need to remove all left over folders that may still be left behind after uninstalling. I would also download the software again just in case! See if that helps!

I already uninstalled everything and deleted folders and reinstalled the software. I'm so frustrated. Can someone from staff please help me out!!
