Since it's been openin;, gradually, would it be prudent to ask what the plans are? I mean, lots of the locales have locked shops; most also have 1 or 2 pieces of artwork that doesn't load (seen when the toolbar is set to "movement/status"); and empty vendoes.

Is it opening? I wanna have a avi again in SC

SC streets are currently open as a vacation location. They will stay open for the rest of the year but you will require an updated passport each month to continue to travel.

Is it possible for the shops in SC to open to buy items while were on vacation there?

This little bit of irony, outside the SC Insider, has been messin' w/ my head since the place opened back up!
