Stuck in London

I think I might be stuck in London. I am still in there when I have logged back in, when I try and leave I go to the airport and the staff ask to show my pass, I only have Ticket for Adventure and July Passport but he keeps telling me he can't let me on with the correct boarding pass so I'm kind of stuck here. Can anyone help please?
