I have AVAST as my firewall (not the free version) and VZ tech support is telling me its the firewall thats preventing me from loading the application to get inworld.

I should state that I dsiabled my firewall completely AND the Windows firewall that came with my laptop and still no go.
I get a TCP Timeout error.

VZ Tech said it seems the firewall is still blocking it.

Any suggestions out there?

Geezus super frustrating. I'm going on ONE MONTH since I started trying to join and get inworld.
After paying for a year subscription I STILL can not get in after all this time.
I've tried with 2 computers, 1 cell phone, a monthly subscription and a yearly and I can't seem to get proper technical support.

I do not mean to be disrespectful to anyone but this is a super frustrating experience.
