Can someone please tell me where to start the quest? I saw a picture on Facebook saying one has started.

I have had a look on the Facebook fan page, VZones page latest news and Rockos page but can't seem to find info on where to begin this quest. I've tried paging for help last night and today but not caught anyone on duty unfortunately.
