Hello I haven’t been able to get the mobile to work for weeks. Any help as to why it might not be working? Thanks

Quite Simple.. the web interface has been chancel by Vzones ...due to security issues? ... And it has been removed from the list of offered service without any further information for the users.

So, if you depend on a web interface... you might wait for ever... or as some people might say.. it will be back .. soon...
