Who do I get to paint a few of the items that are default, (gray) color???

If you are referring to customizable items sold under the past ownership then unfortunately direct painting by IW staff is no longer available.

I have a couple outfits that are still gray where the skin color should be.....can that be done?

That is so unfortunate. I know staff are too busy to deal with such things because you’ve chosen to operate with such a small staff for the time being. Can those items be traded in for any type of credit? Can the painter bot be programmed to paint them for VIPs? Any options at all other than “sorry, you’re out of luck”?

I believe she was referring to clothing with skin. In the Easter vendo there was a female top with grey skin that could be painted by iw staff.

I hope what you are saying, Andy, refers to items like bears, chairs, deco, etc because as the NH members are getting their turfs back they are generously sharing clothing with other members and the skin coloring is off.

If you are speaking of clothing as well, please reconsider. I know staff is busy but with the vzmail in place it could be that we mail the item or items to staff, they paint the skin and then mail the item back.
