CC credit for lost tokens

I was told we would be able to get CC for the lost tokens ..that were from Beta..on my wall in my turf..I had a few million for my rents..since I have a lot of turfs..Please help me get the ticket so I can have this credit applied..Thanks

Buddy also ESP'd staff about lost token turfs and hasn't heard back yet. He cannot get into the forum, so I am posting on his behalf.
