Since after maintenance I have been unable to get IW. After the suggestion of someone I deleted all vzones files and downloaded again. But this does not work for me. I still get the message 'unable to contact server'.
I hope somebody can help me.

Please disable your firewall/security software for a few minutes then try again with the auto update.
