I purchased gold yesterday. The ticket says complete but has not been delivered. Is there any way to check into this and give me an update?

Not sure if you have multiple avies or not but did you get the email asking you to confirm which avie you would like the gold delivered to?
When you purchase the gold coins a support ticket is automatically generated. You then get a response by email indicating support responded to the ticket and you get a link to view the response. When you view the response it is support asking which avie you would like the gold coins delivered to.

Atleast that is how it happened with me. Hope this helps but if not I apologize. Was just trying to help.

You'll get a confirmation email from us when it's been delivered.
