I opened a ticket regarding a townhouse for Buddy (He does not have his own forum account, or account to log into) on 12/26/18.

I have not heard anything yet. I originally filled out the form for Buddy to request his townhouse and he hasn't heard back either.

Can someone please take a look at the ticket and offer some assistance?
