Cannot Access VIP Bodies or Heads

I am unable to access VIP bodies or heads. The door to them is not visible. my ticket number is 67995.

There's a new Club VIP by the bar where the library used to be but it is missing some of the VIP male heads. I'm hoping this is a work in progress and the heads will be replaced along with the library.
