1.) Miss the promised 10k.
2.) Always paying rent for turfs paid in advance for a long time! Could not enter turf chez maxim @
because the rent was not paid, which, however, does not reflect the facts, had to pay rent again to re-enter this turf to be able to.

10k is delivered on 11th on every month and as for the rent gotta submit a ticket.
