To facilitate the payment of vouchers for hosting, please post your game results in the thread set up for you for the current month. Only games posted in your thread will be eligible for voucher payments. Make sure to include the VZ date and time of your game in the post.

I am totally confused where is the thread found and if it changes every month from the sound of it where do we find it ?

Scroll down and you will see a thread names Essence - Game Results March 2019. Next month the thread will be named the same with only the month name changed. This way we can keep better track of voucher payments due, and get hosts their voucher rewards in a timely manner. Only games posted in each host’s thread will be counted for their voucher payments.
