"Bag O' Bags" Self-Vendo

Forgot to ask at the meeting, but in the old NH Variations, we were provided w/ the titular offering. Basically, a self-vendo of a "cheap plastic shopping bag" w/ 10 more inside (i.e. one purchase of 11 bags). Could we get that back? Would make it so much easier to sort out the big mess in my transferred turfs.
