Summerland - Apartments

I know that summerland is the in-between world.. but I noticed that we are now with only the 3 basic areas +minor shopping convenience.
(Also my favorite head is not available there.. h.fj_avitBoy40R.img)
I was hoping that maybe we might get a temporary Apartment there?
having just the basics like the numbers/alphabets and some minor turf building items would be helpful to make our stay a little more pleasant.
Just a suggestion, I would like to see something more PLEASE.
