How to make an exclusion in the calendar.
This guide shows how to make an exclusion for when you are not able to host your game.
This guide assumes you have a weekly reoccurring game on the schedule.

Step 1
Go to the details of your game by clicking on it in the calendar, and click on the [EDIT THIS] button as shown below in the image.
Note: if you don’t see this edit button you may need to maximize your browser window.
Step 2
Scroll to bottom of your game till you see the [ADD EXCLUSION] button.
In this example, 2 exclusions were made earlier for 4/21/2025 and 4/28/2025. We are going to add another one.
We do this by clicking the [ADD EXCLUSION] button.
Step 3
We now see the options Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and Once appear.
Click on [Once]
Step 4
Once you click on [Once] the On part appears, in which you can enter the date.
Just click anywhere in the textbox after On
Step 5
I won’t be able to host my game May 19th, so I click May 19th
Step 6
You will now see the date in the textbox
Step 7
Make sure to click [SUBMIT EVENT] once you are happy with your exclusion.
