      Our network provider has informed us that urgent maintenance will take place today:

      Start: 12/08/2025 – 20:00 (VZT)
      End: 12/08/2025 – 22:00 (VZT)

      We do not anticipate any prolonged outages during this period. However, a few brief connection drops may occur while systems reboot. If you are disconnected from VZones, you should be able to reconnect immediately.

      From the provider:

      The Network Operations Team will be carrying out urgent scheduled maintenance at our London network PoP to apply a patch for an IPv6 bug identified in the router’s operating system. Arista TAC has supplied a fix that is not expected to cause disruption, but it will be applied during a maintenance window as a precaution.

      As part of these works, network engineers will also be performing maintenance on the VZones network.
