Use the Help > Page Acolyte to get help. Check the schedule at:
https://www.vzones.com/member-support-schedule/ to see which Acolyte is online and when but if no one is on schedule when you need help it's worth sending a page as have other Acolytes and Oracles that may be on duty but not on schedule so it's worth sending a page to check. If no one is available after that you can either wait until someone is on duty, post in the forums or raise a support ticket at
