Hi can anyone give me instructions in how to downgrade my account? I have gone to the my account page but don't see any option

I think you need to raise a ticket. Nothing seems to happen these days unless a ticket is raised.

When I wanted to downgrade I sent a ticket and was sent this link

One thing I forgot to do was remove clothes from spare VIP heads. So remember to do this! If you don't, you can't put the head back on, to remove the item of clothing. I had to get a VIP friend to help me after I downgraded.

I also added someone onto all my turf leases in case it all went wrong. It didn't go wrong thankfully.
