Yes, you can. Simply select any home that has a key outside on the wall, which indicates it is available.

To keep the neighborhood looking clean and tidy, members cannot decorate the exterior. However, in the coming months, we will offer a range of exterior upgrades that can be purchased, including:

• Signs (you choose the name)

• Working post boxes

• Plants & pots

• Windows

• Doors

• Seasonal decorations (Halloween lights, pumpkins, etc.)

You can rent or sell your home to another player, but you, as the VIP player, still own the land rights, which cannot be transferred. If you are no longer a player, the land rights and one property will be returned to the Kymer Bank.

If you rent or sell your property to another player, you cannot claim another property or land right.

When future neighborhoods become available in new locations, you will have the option, via the Kymer Bank, to move your home if you prefer another area.

These homes are currently a VIP-only benefit. Premium and free members can rent a home from a VIP member or purchase an AW home before the river crossing.
