All VIP accounts now include a free pet avatar. You may choose either a cat or a dog. Pet avatars have the same permissions as ALTs, with the exception that they cannot ghost or change bodies.
This setup will be applied by default to all new VIP accounts. Existing VIP account holders who would like to add a pet ALT should please contact Acolyte Cosmic Andy

The VIP pet account is intentionally non ghosting by design so it’s distinct from regular alts and pets. If you prefer ghosting, a regular VIP alt with a pet body is still available, the VIP pet is just an additional benefit with different behavior.

Based on feedback from @Steel_Thunder at the October town meeting as of today, body ticket avatar names can now be changed an unlimited number of times within the same account. To request a name change, simply contact a staff member and let them know which avatar name on the ticket needs to be updated. Please note that body tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or moved to a different account name changes are only permitted within the same account and its associated alts. https://www.vzones.com/help/can-i-change-a-body-ticket-name-between-my-avatar-names/

Based on feedback from @Suzie at the town meeting we now have a form available for reporting art compatibility issues between items. This is intended for cases where individual items work as expected on their own, but don’t align correctly when used together for example, a dress sitting too low on a certain body only when paired with a specific head.
When you submit a report, it’s added to a shared review queue for our artists. Please keep in mind that resolving art issues can take time, and in some cases may not be possible due to ownership or usage rights tied to certain items. If a fix is possible, it may result in either an updated version of the item or a correction to the existing one.
If you run into a compatibility issue like this, please use the form so it can be reviewed.

As part of the ongoing development of our Welcomer/Buddy system, designed to help new members feel supported from the moment they arrive, we’ve created a new dedicated welcome area. New members now arrive from the Argo, move onto the Promenade, and pass directly by the new Welcome Center, which anyone can access at any time. If you are wanting to help new members you can park an avatar in this location.
We’ve also introduced a new free trial account called an Explorer account. This account provides instant access to WorldsAway with limited permissions (walk & ESP only). Explorer accounts are shown only to potential new members through advertising and are not visible to regular members.
If you know of a former member who has left, you can now invite them back to try WorldsAway for free using an explorer account. While explorer accounts cannot build, play games, or own items, they can explore the world and chat with others.
We’re still in the early stages of building out the Welcomer/Buddy system, but we now have a central area that all types of new members will pass through. If you’d like to help, please head to this area and, if possible, park an ALT there.
As the program continues to develop over the coming months, we’ll be adding more features and improvements.

Just to be clear if you see newbies in this style they are explorer account holders so they can’t hold anything or change the style. They can only walk and talk. If it’s a regular account newbie they will look like a regular newbie.
