Staff Christmas Event 2019

The Staff Christmas Event will be held on Saturday December 21 and Sunday December 22. To get to the Game Rooms, go into Med Park, go west, then up until you get to the Game Rooms.

Note to Hosts: The games on the regular schedule and not on LOA have been added here. If you want to add games for the event please ESP mail Pyewacket with Game, Day, and Time. Added games will be held in the Christmas Game Rooms. Existing games may be moved to the Christmas Game Rooms if the host wants. If you would like to move a game to the event game rooms, ESPMail Pyewacket with Game, Day, and Time.

As on the regular schedule two games are allowed per hour. You may schedule an event game at the same time as a Pan Game.

The Pan Games are listed here for your convenience, but are not event games and will be giving regular Pan prizes.
