Server Stability Tests – April 2026

We will be carrying out server stability testing over three days using our backup servers.

On Tuesday 7th April, we will switch to Backup Server #1 for a 24-hour stability test.
On Wednesday 8th April, we will switch to Backup Server #2 for a further 24-hour test.
On Thursday 9th April, we will switch to Backup Server #3 for another 24-hour test.

We do not expect any major issues during this period. Please note that scheduled maintenance on Tuesday will run for the full allocated time.

While these tests are in progress, members should be aware that the system will be running on backup servers. Backups will be taken every 4 hours.

In the event of a major issue, we will revert to the main server, which may result in 1–2 hours of downtime.

These tests are being carried out to ensure stability and enable a fast and reliable switch-over process in the event of any major technical issues with the main server.

We’ve completed testing of the first backup server, which performed reliably and remained stable.

I’m aware the morning maintenance notification wasn’t sent this issue has now been resolved.

We’re now switching to the second backup server for the next 24 hours.

We’ve successfully completed testing on the second backup server and are now running tests on the third.

If all goes well, testing will be completed by tomorrow morning and we’ll switch back to the live server.

Please can everyone test that Summerland is working by selecting it in the launcher. If you’re unable to connect, open a support ticket and let me know.
