Please remember to post on each day you are hosting and how many event prizes you will need for each day.
I am keeping a chart on who needs what to make sure everyone gets what they need.
Prize requests must be submitted by November 30th!

This is a royal pain to post the rooms & prizes each day.. but that is just my Humble Opinion – hand having to remember to changed locations every time etc etc… Colour me not the happiest – but I did it anyway.
Now a question Suz – what if we find a empty spot after the 30th of NOv & want to host then – how do you want this handled? TYSM 🙂

For that I always make sure to have extra boxes, for empty spot, covering or filling in for a host. The host needs to mark down days , time and room for some days only event room 1 is available, as I looked and saw for Day 1 and Day 3 only event room 1 will be available, that is why it is important to have the host post when they will be hosting a game.

Game & Event Hosts 9 months agoI have screwed up the schedule trying to put in my info f or games I do not understand and keep up with all this “new stuff”
Can someone please change my schedule, I have tried and I can;t seem to understand the way its done now??
My games are supposed to be
recurring every Tuesday morning at 2 am at Temple Street Games Someone help please and ty in advance

i cant edit it for you. you can change the time to 2 am to 3 AM. click on Weekly. and you are fixed.

Click on upcoming Events and there you can edit and remove the post.

It looks like you just had the end date wrong so it thought you were running the event for multiple days.

Please check VZ mail where you will have vouchers that were sent on 1st April. You can give out normal 1V as DP or prizes or mixed depending what you got sent in VZ mail.
