This is a royal pain to post the rooms & prizes each day.. but that is just my Humble Opinion – hand having to remember to changed locations every time etc etc… Colour me not the happiest – but I did it anyway.

Now a question Suz – what if we find a empty spot after the 30th of NOv & want to host then – how do you want this handled? TYSM 🙂

For that I always make sure to have extra boxes, for empty spot, covering or filling in for a host. The host needs to mark down days , time and room for some days only event room 1 is available, as I looked and saw for Day 1 and Day 3 only event room 1 will be available, that is why it is important to have the host post when they will be hosting a game.
