Jayce is doing my costume contest and there is no drop down location to put it in

could one please be added especially as we have lots more events nowadys

@CosmicAndy Heidia said she would add a stage area to the special event locales, so a drop down needs to be added saying “Event Stage”, which will only be used by Jayce.
