Game & Event Hosts

Hey everyone,

Between June 25th and July 2nd, we’ll be celebrating our Canada Festival! During this time, we ask that all hosts get into the festive spirit by dressing in an Canada theme and doing everything they can to boost the fun and energy with games and activities throughout the week.

For the weekend of June 25th and July 2nd, we want to make things extra special. We’re asking ALL hosts to remove regular games from the schedule during the time slots in the schedule that are not marked with * and replace them with unique, one-off activity games — think Hide & Seek, Ghost Races, Duck Races, Musical Chairs, and any other creative games not normally seen during the week.

Hunts are limited to 2 slots Saturday and 2 slots Sunday.

If you would like custom prizes or vouchers for your hosting during Friday, Sat & Sunday please request with the .img and paint code before 7th June.

Any regular game hosting on Wed, Thur, Tuesday, Wednesday that are hosted from the festival area will be sent additional vouchers and items for prizes. Games need to be updates on the schedule to “Festival Area” by 7th June.

Rewards for the weekend:

A mix of festival prizes and double vouchers for those hosting different games on Saturday & Sunday

PLUS: 10x vouchers for all hosts who join in!

We’re also open to your creative suggestions — if you have fun game ideas, let us know!

Important: Please make sure to clear (exclude) regular games from the schedule by April 16th.
