@Cosmic Andy – Please change NH-Marshall-Bigg-Tom Games back to original schedule (Showing Event) Saturday, June 7, 2025, 2 PM VZT and his other games forward as needed.

Please can you click on your game in the schedule and then scroll to the bottom and click edit.
Then just change the venue to the Indiana Zones Game Room

Hey @beannie … you can esp me when iw and I can walk you through it <you’ll need to know for future use anyway>.
Otherwise…
1. * Go to the “Gaming Schedule” at the top of this page, drop-down to “Game Hosts”, and then on the right you’ll see “My Scheduled Games”.
2. Find your game on the event date and click on the “Edit” tab.
3. A page will open with that particular game and you scroll down to the venue, change it to one of the Indiana Zones game rooms <make sure no one else is scheduled the same time, using same location>.
4. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
* [an alternate way is to go to your game on the event day, click on it and a page opens where you scroll down to the “EDIT THIS” button and follow the rest of the directions]
If, for some reason after the event, your games are stuck in Indiana Zones locale, you just have to do the same to set back to your original location. Easy Peasy!

Thanks, I did that earlier before I posted . When I seen that it changed all my future games, I thought I was doing something wrong and changed it back.
I thought surely there was something I was missing.

@CosmicAndy We have another issue with a host. I spoke to Shoot today and she still doesn’t have access to host forum and other options on the page, including being able to access the ability to update her game locales. She needs assistance with this because she’s missing so much info.
So……….. for now, can you put her Saturday, 11pm Slingo game in Event game room 2 and her Sunday, 6pm Bump game in Event game room 1 please?

@Shoot you messaged me last week saying you cleared your cache and could access the host tools again.
Are you having issues again?

She just told me a couple hours ago that she did that, had access, then didn’t again. She also said she doesn’t have all drop down options for hosts so she can’t postings in here.

I talked to @Shoot last night and sent instructions. She is either not logged into the website or she has cookies problem in her browser from when she left being and came back. I’ve asked her to try logging into the site using private browser mode. Hopefully this resolves it for her.

@Gia we have Indiana Zones Game Room #2 and Indiana Zones Game Room #1 to select but also Event Room 1 and 2. Either will work as people will know it’s in the event area.

@CosmicAndy Some people were still struggling with changing their venue option and I walked a good handful of them through the process. I thought my instructions above were clear, but if not……………………… could someone write out the explanation and pin it somewhere for hosts to use for any other events? Maybe we can have a “HOW TO” pinned thread or drop down option for hosts? TY
