There was a grey cat on the loose in front of the “Coming Soon” pet shop, named Thomas O’Malley ’25. Does he belong to someone?

Near the Paint Club on Rose Ave. I have the cat until I find the owner! lol I was wondering if he was supposed to be glued down and wasn’t so I figured I’d take him home, give him a saucer of milk and a few treats until his owner was found.
