    We don’t want this.

    Removing regular games for Easter was miserable for a lot of people, and we voiced that to you (a few times). Why does it seem like you don’t listen to your customers complaints? We tell you what we want to do, and how we like events…. but then you just make us do what you want to do, and no one is happy.

    We are now starting to PAY to be MISERABLE and you don’t seem to mind?

    You didnt learn from Easter this is not a great idea to remove regular
    games from the schedule. Ppl got their feelings hurt. And are thus are
    no longer hosting. Besides ppl want the regular games. I think you are
    changing way too many things too fast. Slow your roll Andy.

    @L_A_D I responded to thie on the last post about the games. Regular games can still be hosted but they just won’t show on the schedule if it’s got a festival game running. I need to try and keep this thread clear to discuss hosting for the festival. Do you want to host anything different on these dates?

    To be honest, I was not interested in any of the group games, so I didn’t join in the Easter activities. If others did, great. I understand trying to make things better, but taking away things seems counter-productive. I already pay for less and less and this is further confirmation.

    Not many, if any liked the Easter “event”. People expected event prizes. There wasn’t a game every hour like regular events. The events were fun before. People like having event prizes and they be the same so they can try to win at least 1 of each item. The prizes people were handing out, nobody wanted. The games there was, the turn outs were terrible. it was nothing like an event where one game could have as many as 30 players.

    I don’t see a problem with encouraging people to host off the wall games, but it shouldn’t be required.

    @Gemmy I explained this last time unfortunatly a team member was unable to work before easter which is why the event/festival was scaled down. I am working to get new art for events/festivals which was explained as part of the reason for the changes to the prize mart.

    @Zophia based on the current and past schedule the weekend changes to the game will mean 9 hosts / 9 slots / 9 hours will be hosting different type of games on the schedule. (It’s 9 hours out of an entire month that will be different over 2 days.) Hosts are free to host the normal regular games in the normal locations at the normal times. Hosts can also take any blank slots that have not been filled by different games.

      @CosmicAndy It was my understanding that all had to remove their regular games. I did see that people were allowed to host at the last minute, but by that time it seemed my interest was gone. I am more of a planner in advance. I know this is new and there will be changes as we go along, but keeping people here in the meantime is important also.

        @Zophia Unfortunatly a team member was having RW issues pre easter and things were delayed/last minute. We are fully back in action now and planning well ahead as you can see from the post today. I am active and trying to get the scheduled sorted in advance.

    We like things the way they were….. Im an OLD DOG, and I want things to be normal… an EXTRA Festival or activity is OK, BUT we want our EVENTS back the way they were!!! Too many changes too fast, and NO one is HAPPY!!! We have lots of blanks on the schedule as it is, and we do NOT need to lose anymore hosts. Time for Staff to start listening to the paying customers!!!

    If these blank slots are blank near the time they can be taken for regular games within the festival area but to confirm…..regular games for vouchers can still be hosted in the normal places, by the normal hosts.

      Does that mean regular games are not played for event prizes? I think that is a problem, for me anyway.

    Currently we have 12 hours of regular games which if they switch to the festival area they can get festival prizes. If this 12 only host in the regular area they will only get vouchers.

    Any of the blanks which get filled by regular games will get festival prizes if they decide to host in the festival area.

    If a host wants to host a regular game, in the regular location that was originally on the schedule but removed they can still give out the normal vouchers.

    We have 4 games removed that would have been on schedule (can still be hosted at same time in same location if the host wants)

    The 4 games type are: Slots, Blitz, Acromania, Bump

    Can you let me know which of the 4 you would have attended that you are going to miss the most?

    Just helps give me an idea when filling the blanks.

    @Zophia noted thanks. Also to follow up on your last question. On dates 25th June, 26th June, 27th, 30th June, 1st & 2nd July they can host regular games, in the festival area with festival prizes and on schedule.

    The regular games for event weekends should be allowed to stay and be provided with event prizes. If you want to add “different” games to the empty slots or as a second choice to the regularly scheduled game, then do so. That way you can cover your need for variety and still keep your scheduled games flowing. I would really like to address Paint Club though. I have no clue what your ratio is to members and different country’s and I understand you are in the UK, but 14:00 – 15:00 for us in the US central time will be 3am (east coast 4AM)! I think you will time out many of us in the US for Paint Club.

    @kimmiedeee hosts have 6 days where they can host regular games with regular prizes on the schedule during the festival. It’s 6 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday where they can’t but the other 144 hours they can.

    The time zone difference was the reason we put the items into vendo so for people who can’t make it. They can then simply get a copy from the vendo at any time.

    Noted it’s still an issue for those wanting to join in. I will try to do the odd later hosting of it.

    Anyone else feel dizzy from this? To cut to the chase, it seems to me that if someone has a regularly scheduled game on the weekend – they can still host it using “event/festival” prizes IF they move to a “festival” location. Is that right? Something that should be so easy isn’t always.

    Also….. referrng to the paint club item being put in vendo. Isn’t the vendo only for VIP paint club people?

    Sunday the following are being reserved

    17:00 – 18:00 – Hunt with Rhiannon & Morning Glory
    18:00 – 19:00 –

    Any other time on the other 6 days of the festival hosts can host in the festival area with festival prizes.

    VIP Paint Club has a vendo.

    Regular paint club does not have it. Usually this is hosted later 7 – 9 as it’s less often.

    Ok…. butttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt….. people are still telling you they aren’t happy, and you’re still ignoring that fact while we are PAYING customers. Usually (in Canada, anyways), businesses take feedback from customers, and try to improve….. Not tell them in a round about way “Too bad.”.

    I’m not sure if you realize… but your population does not allow you to afford treating your paying customers like they are disposable. You have a skeleton consumer base who isn’t happy.

    How does this end in your prospective?

      @Kaari my suggestion would be that you post on https://www.vzones.com/ideas/ that you don’t want the slots changed on Saturday and Sunday games and ask people to vote on the listing. If it hits the idea goal then it will be reviewed and discussed at a meeting IW.

    I have been avoiding mentioning your “idea” page, because it is a complete joke, and you know it, but since you keep pushing it in my face….. I was the one, whom got 20 votes on a post when you told me to do this before and the vote to have things approved was 20. You didn’t like that, and that I successfully got the 20 votes, so you told me to do it over again, and raised it to 40 votes. How was that right? You know 40 won’t happen, because… well…. lol… Do you ever have 40 active members?

      @Kaari I understand you are not happy with some of the changes and if you want some of them changed it needs to be posted on the ideas site and voted with members who agree with your views/suggestions/ideas.
