Game & Event Hosts

As discussed at the Bump meeting, Suzie is now available as a backup for in-world broadcasts.

To request a broadcast, hosts should always contact Emm first. If Emm is unavailable or does not respond within 10 minutes, the broadcast can be cancelled through Emm and then requested from Suzie instead.

Please note that broadcasts cannot be run every hour. They should be limited to approximately six broadcasts within a 24-hour period.

Broadcasts be sent 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a game slot.

The broadcast system is currently temperamental and requires additional security controls, so it is not possible at this stage to provide access to all hosts. Before this could be considered, the client would need to be upgraded to support broadcast restrictions, and the broadcast system itself would require further development and upgrades.
