Important: Event/Game Cancellation Process

We kindly request that all hosts utilize the Online Event Manager tool whenever they need to cancel an event or game. This will help ensure that the schedule remains accurate and up-to-date for all participants.

Single or Multiple Game Slot Cancellations:
-You can cancel individual game slots or multiple slots at once through the tool.
-Once a slot is canceled, it will be cleared from the schedule and displayed as a blank space.

Recurring Events:

Please note that canceling specific game slots will not impact recurring events or games. Recurring events will continue to be scheduled as usual, and only the canceled slots will be removed.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

-Navigate Game Schedule > Game Hosts > My Scheduled Games
-Locate the Event/Game Slot: Find the event or game you wish to cancel.
-Cancel the Slot(s): Select the event/game slot you want to cancel, and choose the option to remove it. You can cancel multiple slots by selecting the appropriate option.
-Verify the Schedule: After cancellation, confirm that the canceled slot(s) appear as blank on the schedule.

By following these steps, you will ensure that the cancellation process is smooth and that your schedule is kept accurate for all involved.
