Still a little confused on how the future prize sets needed are distributed.
I hosted 20 games May 2025.Thank Mailman Walter for delivery of 15 June Prize Sets.
However, each of the June Prize Sets only have (2) Cobalt – 1 Voucher -DP,
We normally distribute have (3) 1 – Cobalt Voucher per Game.Did something change regarding Door Prizes?
Are we to only distribute (2) 1- Cobalt Voucher per Game in June?

@CosmicAndy Agree with beannie, things are still “off” with prize sets. However, on the plus side, I only got six extra sets, unlike last month when Walter had been out drinking the night before he sent them.
This month, I had boxes in three different colors, about three empty boxes, and a few boxes that had two additional prize sets IN a prize set. So, while Walter is getting better, he’s still not quite right. @beannie, I intend on using some of the extras I had gotten last month to fill out the DP vouchers to make it three per box. Let me know if you need some.

I was wondering that myself… only two door prizes? I am used to giving four honestly, so I have been adding one to the three last month.

Walter is sending out vouchers based on https://www.vzones.com/gaming-vouchers/ originally before the bot the box contained 1V which was meant for hosts but this is now sent as a combined voucher by the bot at the month end for the host.

When the bot was created Pyewacket advised it was currently 1V cobalt x 2 as door prizes and the 3rd 1V was for host reward but advised some hosts give this away as DP
Hosts that post winners screen shot with each game can request extra DPs in boxes of 10 to be used through the month as they want.

Bingo is three individual games. Having only 2 DPs – Cobalt – 1 Voucher, will not work for me. Please send 12 DP vouchers. I used my own vouchers to complete my sets for this month, but that’s not how this should work. Thank you in advance.
