Can you all please check on https://www.vzones.com/game-hosts/ and click the schedule link under your name and check all your games are showing correctly.

Lot of bad data from past years that has now been cleaned up.

If a game is missing you’ll need to edit the game from your list and add yourself back on as the organiser/host.

If you are now correctly down as the organiser/host the bot won’t count and send vouchers the next month.

my Wednesday 400 am game is not on there i did go ad edit it but it won’t let me do recurring on them so i went in and added them for jan month hope we can fix it

the game was on there at one time than one day it was gone and from then on i have to go in and add it every week so not sure why that happened but its been a pain in the butt sence then

This happens when you forget to set your name as the host organiser.

I’ve fixed it for you but please always check your games for this.

ok i have tryed again to add my wed 4am slingo game to schedule for recurring games and it does not let me i have tryed what you said to do but still wont let me pick recurring does not light up to give me the choice

i am trying to put my Wednesday 4am Slingo game on recurring but it doesn’t work so i went in and manually added for jan i would like this to be recurring so i dont have to rem to do it if not i will cancel that game and keep the 2 games thats on there

I’ve logged in as you and it seems to be working fine. I’ve added the game which you’ll need to edit with the correct name: https://www.vzones.com/games/laesea-game/2026-01-14/ it’s showing as scheduled 4AM weekly.

ok i went in and made the changes see if it gets posted every week should be 3 games a week slingo weds , fishing thurs , slingo fridays all 4 am games ty for your help with this

ok Andy its showing on recurring but it only shows the 14th of January and thats it i looked and its not on any other Wednesday we are getting there ………could you let me know what i am missing now please and ty for your help

All i can suggest is you delete every game from your list. Make sure it’s blank in the admin panel.

Add one back with recurring in the wednesday slot. If it works then great. If not then don’t add anything else and message me back.
