Slingo competition is now live and starting tomorrow.
It’s not a requirement for hosts to participate but it’s encouraged that hosts do and let players know via the schedule description if the game includes points or not.
As discussed at the Q&A meeting, points cannot be added for alts. Players must select one avatar to play with. Any scores added with a main and an alt will be removed. Players are encouraged to pick one avatar and use that for June.
This post is to discuss hosting related slingo competition games.

Slingo Game could have advantage for Jackpot Point – based on number of squares for Jackpot.
ie, one host may have 7 squares for jackpot (pattern) for Point Bonus Jackpot,
another host may have 15 squares for jackpot (pattern) for Point Bonus Jackpot.Point Bonus Jackpot pattern and amount need to be the same for all Slingo Games, to be equal,
Just a thought about uniformity,

It is not the pattern that matters for JP Points, just the *Points Bonus* Jackpot, as set up by the host in settings. A blackout pays the same as One square. SO, yes – all hosts need to set the Point Bonus Jackpot to the same number… 10000 is a nice number for the number of people that will be playing in a Comp Game <G>.

People still seem to be confused how to register for comp games. I had a player today that has a well-known similar alt name. The avie she used at the game wasn’t the one in the drop-down menu so I esped her to be careful what avie she used to play… was that correct that they should always use the same avie to play comp games so that the scores are added properly? I submitted my winners and crossing fingers I did it all correctly. Just a question about adding only ten winners… is that because there wouldn’t be a chance to reach the top monthly winners circle if they had a low score one game? In other words, why don’t all scores count for anyone? (Pretend I’m in grade school)

For team games they need to use the same avatar each time.
If they are not in a team they can use any avatar and not worry.
If they are playing solo in the competition then it makes sense to only use the same avatar.
Players dont need to register unless it’s a team.
Players made need to add an avatar name in the profile if hosts can’t add them. Most are in now. See screen shot.

Wasn’t able to add Lady Midnite = 16750 to my 2am slingo.
Also i need my bump readded it wasn’t in the drop down box. i hosted that at 1am

I’m trying to add scores for two slingo games this weekend but when I go to the webpage there is an explanation of Hosts reporting but do not see where I can post the results. Can you please provide where I post results. I’ve looked everywhere and see this page — / I am logged in but I’m not seeing where I post.
