I was asked today if it really was me hosting at one of my games lol It is always me as a 68 year old retired housebound person it is all I have to do and it fills my time 😛
however it was suggested that some people used to do that back in the day years ago .so I was wondering is this practice acceptable? I can see it messing with the totals of hosts games if in fact its someone else using their avatar to inflate totals. I doubt it is happening but just wondered 😛

Ooo it is happening – always has been. There are ways to tell, which I am not going to go into, but YES it is going on. Not in my home either – Luna isn’t fond of the laptop ☺ It is like a person saying, that is my Son/Daughter/SonInLaw etc etc in my alt today; no way to prove it, so eyes are just adverted from it going on.

I’m old school. Playing an alt while hosting a game was always a no-no. Playing and/or winning prizes as an Event host was kind of frowned on because an event host already got a set of prizes . When I returned, I stuck to that idea but quickly found things are different now. So, I’ll play a few games during an event I host but I pass or give prizes to others if they are really looking for a certain item. For me, it’s pixels. I’m not a collector. I like my accessories. I really enjoy creating events for others the most of anything I do iw aside from chatting with friends, so no ulterior motives here. When I host, it’s me, unless my dog, Max, has managed to figure out how to log onto my laptop when I’m asleep. He’s pretty smart so I wouldn’t be shocked!
