There is a high demand for empty turfs 10 rooms where rent can be paid up for a few months for people to store collections for example.

I can see it work for a 10 room turf in riverview with a 3 months rent pay go, since it has a teleporter for easy access

This place runs on games, collectables and moving pixels from turf to turf.

I’d fork out 1000v for that also it would be big incentive for people to play more games I think
