Xie, thank you for the post. All feedback good and bad is taken on board. We have a dedicated manager for festivals like this and all comments will be passed onto that person while we work as a team to improve. I understand a lot of changes at once and not just with the weekend festival but with bots ( prize delivery), forums etc which it’s not great especially if you have expectations on how something is going to happen which then for some can lead to disappointment, if it’s not what was excpected.

It’s been a week since the change in vouchers and my suggestion would be to give it some time and see how things go over the next few weeks and months.
