I don’t see the problem, if you host in an event , you have eventprizes and a box with 4/3/2/1/1/1/3 V. compensates for being unable to play while hosting, and indeed you can out vouchers too as DPs as you please.
If anything, it’s an incentive to host in events.

And sometimes I host double voucher games, just to get rid of some.
