Game & Event Hosts

I’ve seen a game set to cancelled or another status (i had to update my calendar to show that), if users are able to chance the status to cancelled i see a few advantages:

1) game slot doesn’t go missing in the long run
2) box distribution system can adjust correctly
3) members wil be reminded it’s a 1 or 2 times thing.

If a host cancels their game, others can host in that slot on that day, or 24 up to the game, a cancelled game cannot be uncancelled to prevent slot fighting.

would this work?
