I think July 10th may be a little too soon for your first event and for us to help. Ideally, we need 14 working days from the date you complete the build and submit the event request form.

You will need to build the event area, so it should include 2–3 gaming locales and 3–5 themed areas (the more, the better) for members to hang out in, explore, shop, etc. You’ll also need to think about the design, style, and overall theme.

For a member event, the organiser should arrange and complete the build in a turf. Many members can help if needed. It’s usually connected via the special games gates, but it could also connect to the back of the magic shop if the theme/design works.
