Trying this again…
The east side of Kelsey and Woodland Road is absolutely a hassle to get to since it does not have a shortcut to get to from any Teleporter.
I’ve counted the amount of locales it takes to get from the Flamingo Garden teleporter (32!) and from the Riverview Turfs teleporter (26!) to my house on East Kelsey.
My proposal is simple, let’s simply add a road up from the far east side of Oxford that leads up to the far east side of Kelsey and Woodland and leads back up to River Road.
