If you would like to host in the event area we have Indiana Zones Game Room #1 and Indiana Zones Game Room #2 which you can select when you edit / add to the schedule. Both locations have seating. The weather is hot so take water. When you change the venue on a recurring game, it will change on all, so remember to change it back after the weekend.

XieToo has the event weekend prizes to give out. You must host in the Indiana Zones themed area to get the prize set.

To confirm that now all the scheduling is managed by the hosts through the website so the host has complete control over the games. Emm has made some very helpful instructions show how easy it is for people add/remove games based on the needs.

I can do it via excel in 2 seconds for you. On Saturday just post the points into a forum post and then sunday I will be at the game so you can just copy/paste the Sunday scores to me and I will send you back the winning names.

Hi Gia,

I think the simple option for you is just to run them as normal single games (this was the plan anyway) then at the end of the 2nd game the totals are just combined and a single winner picked from the totals for a single prize.

This keeps it simple, prizes on both and then just 1 simple single bonus jackpot for players over the 2 games.

This is a cycle we had twice in the last 7 years which didn’t work. The problem with one person managing the schedule or having an assistant to the schedule is a lot of people just give up using it and send anything and everything to that person. Support would constantly receive complaints that the schedule manager was not replying or not replying on the messaging platform they wanted to use, the list goes on. It becomes a job for someone when then needs a backup person in the event that person ever takes a break. The revised idea was that any host over 12 months of hosting could be given the ability to edit other games so you would have a pool of people who can maintain the schedule. This is a future idea but not after we given support to the hosts who struggle to edit a game when they are not available.

It’s 3V per game which will be sent at the start of each month in a single voucher based on the number of scheduled slots taken. This is why it’s important a host excludes a schedule slot so the vouchers transfer from the old host to the host taking the slot/doing the sub.
