Thats strange Gem, no one is telling me this? Please can you ask them to post in the forum if they have an incorrect voucher count.
We don’t track LOA anymore as it’s excluded from the schedule, allowing another host to take the slot.
If you need vouchers for hosting after being away you simply need to contact us via the hosts forum and it can be arranged for you.

This is just April for the DP.
It’s not meant to be 3 DP per game. It should be 1. This will change from May.
The main issue is that the average member has enough vouchers right now to purchase every item in the prize market for the next 12 months all in one go. They have become some what worthless at the current value and some of the items available are G AW which is causing the value of the G items to go down. In the short term the price of items in the prize market will increase before we make some further changes on the number of items available to claim, the voucher cost and the type of items available (smaller number/higher quality).

You are not cancelling the game on the schedule.
You are telling the schedule (all members) that you can’t host during that hour on that specific day. It then opens up the slot for another host to take it, but only that 1 hour slot that you can’t host in.
You are basically saying “I can’t make this 1 hour slot, i’ve cleared it, can someone else cover for me”
All future time slots and days continue as normal.

If you get to a point in April where you have have run out of vouchers you can request more via the forum and we can trigger a delivery. The bot knows last month and the current month of actuals.
To increase the text size, press and gold the ctrl key on your keyboard and then scroll your mouse up and the size should increase on everything.

Please go to https://www.vzones.com/games/community/list and edit the games to add an exclusion on the days you will not be hosting. Future slots will still show with your game.

I understand it’s frustrating but to answer your question this change is being made to help free up time for staff so they can provide bigger and better events in world.
It will also allow future hunt/collections to be linked into games as members will be able to see on the website specific hunt/collection items available from selected hosts.

Editing a listing ?
Exclude a listing?A sub game wouldn’t work because you wouldn’t have the vouchers to give to someone. That’s why we need to get it working for you.

Event games would be listed on https://www.vzones.com/games/ and anyone not hosting in the event area during the event would need to add an exclusion during the event.
Subbed games the only solution I have right now would be for the new host to place a single hosted in game in the same spot and in the same location. The original host would need to come back and exclude the passed game (winners would not be posted so prizes would not be issued to the host) this feature wont be released at the end of the month but in the pipeline.

As this is in the past am I unable to check it. It’s possible the start/end date for the game was later than the exclusion date. It may need to be updated to the next date of when you will continue hosting.
Next time you need to do an exclusions in advance and have an issue please contact me directly and i will help you at the time.

If you put an exclusion on it will only remove you from the day of the exclusion. Recurring games in that slot will still show on the schedule.
If someone was to create a recurring game in that slot and in the same location it would conflict. If that happens you can post it on this board and we will resolve it with the other host.
To note…..
Multiple games in an hour slot are allowed in different locations.
The first person to take the location with recurring has first come first serve basis to keeping that recurring slot/location. -

It sounds like you need to edit the game via https://www.vzones.com/games/community/list and check the start/end date and recurring days/time are setup correctly. Let me know if you get stuck with this.
If you put one of each voucher down on the floor in a turf and send me the name. I will fly in and dupe them for you.

This is all fine as you had time to plan it and arrange other hosts. So you can either do it that way or a little easier is to edit the game on the day it’s not going to be hosted and add the exclusion. This would remove it from the schedule, Emm or someone would see the free slot and take it and vouchers would be given to them without you needing to arrange and hand over.
